Leonard Pack is Of Counsel with the firm Wechsler & Cohen. He concentrates his practice in Employment and Corporate law. Mr. Pack represents senior business executives and investment bankers in negotiating their employment agreements and resolving disputes concerning their compensation and cessation of employment. In his Corporate law practice, Mr. Pack focuses on representing closely held businesses and high net worth individuals in a variety of financial transactions, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, company restructurings, financings and securities offerings. He regularly provides general corporate counsel to companies and their boards of directors on matters such as corporate governance and policy issues. Mr. Pack also represents emerging business enterprises from inception through their ongoing business operations. Mr. Pack serves as corporate counsel to several closely-held businesses in the financial services, design, advertising and prestige catering industries.
In addition, Mr. Pack provides traditional trusts and estates services to clients and their families, including estate planning, planning for realization of philanthropic and charitable goals, and creating wills, trusts and charitable foundations.
Prior to joining Wechsler & Cohen, LLP, Mr. Pack was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Orion Pictures Corporation, and, before that position, Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel of Metromedia, Inc. In both positions, Mr. Pack worked on significant financial transactions and was involved with numerous aspects of corporate governance.
